Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We have a ‘no return and no exchange policy’.

Every product at Kavi Kalaa is handcrafted by award-winning artisans and undergoes multiple layers of rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Because these pieces represent significant artisanal effort and heritage, we ensure they are in perfect condition before leaving us to avoid any waste of these unique creations. Given our deep inspection process, the possibility of receiving a damaged or defective product is next to zero.

We only allow return or exchange in the exceptional case of a delivered Product having a manufacturing defect or the delivery of a wrong product. Please note that normal variation or gradation that are a part of woven pieces shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

To report a defect or a wrong product, you must contact us at 9599116466 (WhatsApp) within 12 (Twelve) hours of receiving the package. Your claim must be accompanied by a single, unedited video starting from the unboxing of the package to clearly showing the defect. We will not entertain any claim for return or exchange without this video proof or if sought after the 12-hour window.

Kavi Kalaa reserves the sole right to accept or reject the video proof provided. If we find the video to be tampered with, inconclusive, or if the defect is not clearly visible as a manufacturing error, we hold the right to reject the request for return or exchange.

If the request for return or exchange is accepted by us, you can dispatch the Product(s) at your own cost.

All Product(s) should be returned unused in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels & packing. The Product(s) sought to be returned must also not bear any stains or smell of any perfume.

We will inspect the Product(s) upon receiving them. In case of our successful approval of Product(s) for return or refund, we will dispatch a replacement Product or issue a credit note of the value of the Product which can be used on the Website within a period of 11 (eleven) months. However, in case of the returned Product(s) failing to adhere to our exchange or return policy, the Product(s) will not be accepted for return or refund and shall be sent back to you at your own cost.

We will dispatch the Product(s), which have been rejected for return or refund, only upon pre-payment of delivery charges. No request for clubbing of delivery with any new order will be entertained.

 

CANCELLATION

We do not allow cancellation of orders once placed. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in the description or price of the Product

  • Error in your order or other reasons
